Zhang Xiaoyin is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies and the Center for South Asian Studies. She received her B.A. in International Affairs and International Relations from Dalian University of Foreign Languages, her M.A. in International Relations from King’s College London, and her Ph.D. in International Relations from Shanghai International Studies University. Her research interests include international relations theory, international political sociology, and the theory of China’s diplomacy.
