Liu Kan, Senior Research Fellow Institute for Global Governance Studies，Center for European Studies. He received MD in special medicine from Second Military Medical University in 2007.His main research fields include global health governance, health development cooperation, biopharmaceutical industry development, global scientific and technological competition, progress in deep-sea technologies, etc. He has presided over 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and provincial or ministerial-level foundations. He is the author of Diving Medicine，and co-translated the book of U.S. Navy Diving Manual.
