Dr. Sun Haiyong is  Senior Research Fellow of  Institute for Public Policy and Innovation Studies /Center for American Studies of SIIS. Dr. Sun got his Ph.D from School of International Studies, Renmin University of China.  He specializes in the study of high-tech competition in international relations and Chinese outward investment on infrastructure.
