Zheng Yingqin is an Associate Research Fellow at Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS). She received her Ph.D in International Relations from Fudan University. Her research interests include governance of global commons, Polar and marine studies and Hongkong studies. She was once a Visiting Fellow of the Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University（2008）, German Development Institute（2014-2015）, Nordic institute of Asian studies at Copenhagen University（2018）and the University of Adelaide(2019).
