On November 5, 2018, Ms. Sally Costerton, Senior Vice President of the Global Stakeholder Engagement of ICANN visited SIIS and gave a lecture on the role of ICANN on Global Internet Governance. Prof. Ye Qing moderated the lecture and research fellows from the Institute for Global Governance Studies and graduate students attended.
