Cambodian Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Visits SIIS

On the morning of 20 April 2026, President CHEN Dongxiao of the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) met with H.E. Ms. CHRING Botumrangsay, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on topics including strengthening Cambodia-China economic cooperation and achieving win-win development amidst the evolving geopolitical landscape.

H.E. Mr. KY Chanromdoul, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery, Mr. CHAN Bora Borey and Ms. PICH Charadine, Officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. NGUON Visoth, Consul General of Kingdom of Cambodia in Shanghai and Mr. YUOK Ousaphea, Commercial Attache of the Consulate General of Kingdom of Cambodia in Shanghai accompanied the visit. Dr. YE Yu, Deputy Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies, Dr. ZHOU Shixin, Director of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, and Dr. LI Yanliang, Assistant Director of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies participated in the meeting.
