Angolan Scholars Visits SIIS

On the morning of October 13, 2025, Vice President of Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) Li Kaisheng met with a delegation of Angolan scholars. The delegation included: Joaquim Jaime, commentator for Angolan National Television, Romulo Alexandre Carvalheda Brito Rosa, lecturer at the University of Luanda, Manuel Kivuna, professor at Independent University of Angola and Juvenal Quicassa, lecturer at Instituto Superior Politécnico Internacional de Angola. Both sides exchanged views on China-Angola relations, China-Africa relations, and other issues of mutual interest.

Participants from SIIS included Deputy Director Dr. Zhou Yuyuan, Research Fellow Dr. Zhu Ming and Dr. Yao Le of the Center for West Asian & African Studies.
