Consul General of Japan in Shanghai Visits SIIS

On October 28, 2022, Ambassador Akamatsu Shuichi, Consul General of Japan in Shanghai, visited the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies and had a discussion with Professor Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the Academic Advisory Council of SIIS on China’s foreign policy after the 20th CPC National Congress, how to further develop China-Japan bilateral relationship and strenghen economic, cultural cooperation, people-to-people exchanges and collaboration on other fields. Ms. Zhu Juhua, Director of the Department of International Exchange and Mr. Zhang Chong of the Center for American Sudies participated in the meeting.
