On December 17, 2018, Ms. Catherine Marquez Marin, Coordinator of the Medellín Confucius Institute visited SIIS and exchanged views with Deputy Director Niu Haibin and Ms. Huang Fangfang from the Center for American Studies on the Belt & Road Initiative and China-Columbia cooperation.
