On December 6, 2018, Amb. Bahk Sahng-hoon, the Deputy Minister and Ambassador for Public Diplomacy in Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Korea visited SIIS. SIIS President Chen Dongxiao, Prof. Meng Honghua, Dean of the School of Political Science & International Relations at Tongji University, Dr. Wu Chunsi, Director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies, Dr. Gong Keyu, Deputy Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, and Dr. Xue Chen, research fellow of the Institute for International Strategic Studies had an in-depth discussion on the situation of Korean Peninsular, China-Korea relations and China-US relations.
