On May 23, 2017, Prof. Paulo Wrobel from the Institute of International Relations, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) visited SIIS escorted by Ms. Ana Candida Perez, Consul-General of Brazil in Shanghai. They had a discussion with Prof. Niu Haibin and Huang Fangfang on China-Brazil relations and domestic situation in Brazil etc.
