ITLOS Judge Zhiguo Gao Gives a Lecture at SIIS

On February 20, 2017, Judge Zhiguo Gao, Member of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) gave a lecture on the international law of the sea at SIIS. SIIS President Chen Dongxiao chaired the lecture.
