November 7, Dr. Tim Summers, Senior Consulting Fellow of The Royal Institute of International Affairs, visits SIIS and has discussion with Prof. Zhang Haibing, Executive Director of the Institute for World Economy Studies and Prof. Cai Penghong, Senior Research Fellow of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies on China’s foreign aid.
