June 14, Dr. Christopher Twomey, Associate Professor of the Naval Postgraduate School visits SIIS and exchanges views with Dr. Wu Chunsi, Executive Director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies and Dr. Xue Chen, research fellow of the Institute for International Strategic Studies on Sino-American strategic nuclear issues.
