April 2, Mr. Greg Wiegand, First Secretary of Political Section of Embassy of the U.S.A, visits SIIS and communicates with Dr. Gong Keyu, Deputy Director of the Center for Asian-Pacific Studies, Dr. Yu Yingli, Director of the Office for China’s Diplomacy of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies, Dr. Xue Chen from the Institute for International Strategic Studies about Sino-DPRK relations, the situation of Korean peninsula and some other issues.
