October 15, Mr.Bernt Berger, research fellow from Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), visits SIIS and discusses with Prof Li Xin and Dr. Qiang Xiaoyun, Director and Deputy Director of the Center for Russian & Central Asian Studies, Mr. Zhao Long and Dr. Cao Jiahan, research fellows from the Center for Russian & Central Asian Studies on the issues related to Central Asia and Afghanistan situation.
