Tellis，senior associate of the South Asia Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace visits SIIS and discusses with Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Director of the Center for South Asian Studies, Dr. Gong Keyu, Deputy Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, Dr. Liu Zongyi and Dr. Wang Weihua from the Center for South Asian Studies.
