May 25, Mr. Bernt Berger, Senior Researcher of Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) and his colleague visit SIIS, and have discussions with Prof. Zhang Yao, Director of the Center for Ocean and Polar Studies and SIIS fellows Dr. Xue Chen and Wang Weihua.
