Political Counsellor of Canadian Embassy visits SIIS

On August 27, 2018, Joya Donnelly, Political Counsellor of the Embassy of Canada to China visited SIIS. She had a discussion on the neighboring diplomacy of China and China-Africa relations with Prof. Zhou Yuyuan from the Center for West Asian and African Studies, Dr. Zhou Shixin from the Institute of Foreign Policy Studies.
