Avery Goldstein, Professor of political science at University of Pennsylvania, visited SIIS and talked with SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao and Director Assistant Zhang Lu of Institute for Global Governance Studies about the relations between the traditional powers and emerging powers in international system.
