July 3, the seminar of International Situation in the First Half of 2010 was jointly held by SIIS and the Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Experts from SIIS and other institutions and universities in Shanghai analyzed international situation in the first half of 2010. SIIS president Yang Jiemian attended the seminar and gave a speech.
