A working session is held by SIIS and Friends of Europe

On February 1, 2023, SIIS and Friends of Europe held an online working session. Both sides had an exchange on their respective academic activities and plans in 2023 and discussed issues in details such as how to use comparative advantage of resources to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

 

SIIS President Chen Dongxiao chaired the meeting. Ms. Zhu Juhua, Director of the Department of International Exchanges, Dr. Zhang Pei, Deputy Director of the Department of Research Management and Dr. Long Jing, Deputy Director of the Center for European Studies attended the discussion. As regards the Friends of Europe counterpart, Ms. Natasha Ibbotson, Head of Partnerships and Memberships, Ms. Lena Loch, Program Officer for the Global Europe Program and Mr. Quinlan Rijks, Program Assistant for the Global Europe Program joined the meeting.
