Grand System Toward Multi-Polar & Multi-Actor

 Abstract: The international system in the 21st century is about to embark on a grand system. The grand system is at once a multi-polar system made up of sovereign states and a multi-actor system composed of sovereign states and non-state actors. The subsystems based on domains and regions are becoming the major subjects in the ongoing transformation of international system. Urged by the current international situation, major actors are trying to figure out their separate as well as collective reactions. China, for its part, wants to reconcile its domestic and foreign strategies to have them developed in a linkage manner and so China strikes a balance between the ideal and the practical international systems.  Abstract: The international system in the 21st century is about to embark on a grand system.
