 Abstract: The Asian regional economic cooperation is undergoing a period of grand, all-dimensional integration. The grand integration is necessitated by the response of the Asian countries to the world economic globalization and regional integration, the two major trends of the world today. Regional economic cooperation, a part of the world economy, proves to be a successful story of co-prosperity and shared development. Asia is engaging in the two-thronged, or sub-regional and sub-fielded, economic cooperation, and is heading for the grand, regional integration involving the entire Asian continent.
