Dutch Consul General in Shanghai Koen Sizoo Visits SIIS

On May 13, 2026, Chen Dongxiao, President of the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS), met with Koen Sizoo, Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Shanghai, and his delegation. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on China–EU relations, the transformation of the international order, regional security, and global governance.

The delegation also included Raoul Bunskoek, Director of the China Centre at the Clingendael Institute, and Research Fellow Kaspar Pucek, among others. Participants from SIIS included Zhang Yinghong, Director of the Center for European Studies, and Jiang Zunze, Research Fellow.
