SIIS Vice President Yang Jian Meets with Consul General of Kazakhstan in Shanghai

On April 21, 2021, SIIS Vice President Yang Jian met with Mr. Rakhimov Rakhymzhan, Consul General of Kazakhstan in Shanghai. The two sides had an in-depth discussion on strengthening cooperation between SIIS and Kazakhstan think tanks as well as China-Kazakhstan relations. Dr. Qiang Xiaoyun, Director of Center for Russian & Central Asia Studies participated in the meeting.
