Institute for Taiwan, Hongkong &Macao Studies
Institute for Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao Studies conducts research based upon studies about the domestic political, economic and social development in China’s Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao, along with two lines of research programs. One focuses on the practical and theoretical issues in the process of political and economic interactions both across the straits and between the Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao,  with a particular eye to the new features and contents of “one country, two systems” under new circumstances. The other focus area analyzes the major international actors’ policies and relations vis-à-vis Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
