On January 13, 2020, Mr. Jack Dart, Political Consul of the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai visited SIIS and exchanged ideas on cross-strait relationship with Prof. Hu Lingwei and Dr. Tong Liqun from the Institute for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Studies.
