Scholar from Webster University Geneva Visits SIIS

On June 15, 2016, Dr. Susanne Peters, professor from Webster University Geneva visited SIIS. She is a visiting scholar at the Center for German Studies in Tongji University. Prof. Peters gave a lecture on Opening the Backdoor for Shale Gas Exploitation: Industry Lobbies and the End of the European Union’s Environmental Leadership? and interacted with SIIS young research fellows and graduate students. Dr. Cao Jiahan from the Institute for Comparative Politics and Public Policy Studies chaired the lecture.
