On April 26, 2016, Prof. Rasmus Gjedssø Bertelsen from University of Tromsø (Norway) visited SIIS. Prof. Yang Jian, Vice President of SIIS and Prof. Zhao Long, assistant director of the Institute for Global Governance Studies had a meeting with Prof. Bertelsen on global governance in the Arctic, scientific diplomacy, and transnational knowledge collaboration etc.
