Prof. Rein Müllerson at Tallinn University (Estonia) visits SIIS

On April 13, 2016, Dr. Rein Müllerson, Research Professor at Tallinn University (Estonia) visits SIIS. As an expert on international law, Prof. Müllerson was First Deputy Foreign Minister of Estonia and a Member of the UN Human Rights Committee. He also has been research fellow in the USSR and Britain. During his visit to SIIS, Prof. Müllerson had a meeting with President Chen Dongxiao and delivered a lecture on the relations between Russia and EU, Baltic Sea states to researchers at Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies, Center for European Studies and graduate students.
