Deputy Political Counselor from the U.S. Embassy in China visits SIIS

On April 6, 2016, Mr. Jim Heller, deputy political counselor from the U.S. Embassy in China visited SIIS. He had a discussion with Prof. Yu Xintian, Chair of Consulting Committee SIIS, on U.S. Taiwan policy and Cross-straits relations etc. Dr. Tong Liqun, researcher at the Institute for Taiwan, Hongkong and Macao Studies also joined the meeting.
