On Dec. 11^th, Mr. Weldon Epp, the Consul-General of Canada in Shanghai visited SIIS, discussing with Prof. Shao Yuqun, Director of the Center for American Studies on the issues of Taiwan’s Election in 2016, Mainland’s policy to Taiwan, and the prospects for Taiwan to join the TPP.
