SIIS Signs MOU with Friendship Association of the People’s Republic of China and Montenegro

On Nov. 4th, Mr. Samir Hadzic, President of the Friendship Association of the People’s Republic of China and Montenegro visited SIIS and met with President Chen Dongxiao. The two sides signed a Memorandum on Exchange, Understanding and Cooperation to enhance exchanges and cooperation between the two units.
