On Sept. 18th, Mr. An Longquan, Director of the Comprehensive Development Innovation Promotion Division from Financial Services Bureau Shanghai Pudong New Area visited SIIS, having discussion on the issue of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Development Bank with Prof. Li Xin, Director of the Center for Russia and Central Asia.
