On Sept. 17^th, Vice Admiral Arun Kumar Singh and Ambassador Ranjit Singh Kalha from United Service Institution of India(USI) visited SIIS, and exchanged views with President Chen Dongxiao on China-India Relations and the security situation in Asia-Pacific region. Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies participated the discussion.
