On Sept. 16th, Mr. Kelvin Phuah Ming Wei, the Information Consultant of Bloomburg BNA visited SIIS, exchanging views on International Trade issues with Dr. Pan Xiaoming and Dr. Wang Yuzhu, research fellows of Institute for World Economy Studies.
