On Sept. 10^th, Mr. Steve Angel, Defense Liaison Officer of U.S. Consulate Shanghai visited SIIS, discussing on the issue of High Asia Security with Dr. Yu Hongyuan, Directer of the Institute for Comparative Politics and Public Policy chaired the discussion.
