Scholars of Rand Corporation Visits SIIS

On Sept. 9^th, Dr. Andrew Scobell, Senior Political Scientist of Rand Corporation and Mr. Howard Shatz, Senior Economist of Rand Corporation visited SIIS and met with President Chen Dongxiao. Dr. Shao Yuqun, Director of the Center for American Studies and Dr. Xue Chen, Research Fellow of the Institute for International Strategic Studies discussed the issues of Sino-U.S. relations, the  “One Belt One Road” initiative, and President Xi’s coming visit to US with the distinguished guests.
