Dean of FSI Visits SIIS

On Aug. 26th, Ms Nengcha Lhouvum, Dean of Foreign Service Institute(FSI), New Delhi visited SIIS, and had discussion with President Chen Dongxiao on the cooperation between SIIS and FSI.
