Adviser of Cambodia Government Visits SIIS

On July 3rd, HENG CHOU, Adviser to the Royal Government of Cambodia visited SIIS, and had discussion on the issues of China’s assistance to Cambodia and China-Cambodia relations with the research fellows of SIIS. Cai Penghong, Senior Fellow of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies chaired the discussion.
