On April 2, Ms. Kayoko Yabata, first secretary of the Embassy of Japan visited SIIS and exchanged views on China-Japan economic relations and historical issues with Prof. Yu Xintian, Chairwoman of SIIS Advisory Committee. Ms. Kayoko Yabata also met with Mr. Chen Hongbin, Prof. Li Xiushi and Dr. Pan Xiaoming and exchanged ideas on how to enhance academic exchanges between Japan and China.
