On June 17, Dr. Kevin Foley, Associate Director of John Thornton China Center of Brookings, visits SIIS and talks with Dr. Zhang Pei, Deputy Director of the Center for Maritime and Polar Studies and Dr. Cheng Baozhi from the Center for Maritime and Polar Studies on the Nordic governance.
