Dr. Victor Blank，ambassador of UK Trade & Investment, chairman of Lloyds Banking Group, visited SIIS and delivered a lecture entitled “the Construction of International Financial Center after the Financial Crisis and Its Enlightenment to Shanghai”. SIIS Vice President Chen Dongxiao chaired the meeting and all researchers of SIIS participated in it.
